This Sample Pack License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Archive ("Licensor") and any individual or entity who purchases and/or downloads a sample pack (the "Licensed Content") from Licensor (the "Licensee").
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Licensed Content in an unlimited number of musical compositions and productions, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, without payment of any additional royalty or fee, and without requirement of attribution.
Licensee may incorporate the Licensed Content into finished musical works, including but not limited to commercial releases, streaming distribution, synchronization licensing, live performances, and disc jockey performances.
This Agreement constitutes a license to use the Licensed Content and does not constitute a transfer of ownership. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Content.
Licensee shall not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Licensed Content, in whole or in part, as a standalone sample pack or sound library; (b) distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any isolated or unaltered portion of the Licensed Content other than as incorporated into a finished musical composition; or (c) represent the unaltered Licensed Content as Licensee's own original sample pack or sound library product.
Any breach of the restrictions set out in Clause 4 may result in legal action against Licensee, including but not limited to a claim for damages and immediate termination of the license granted under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

3. Drag the extracted folder straight into your DAW's file browser, or use File → Import Audio and point it at the extracted files. Everything's pre-sorted into stems, loops, and one-shots.

All sales are final. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days — but that right doesn't apply to digital content once download has begun. By purchasing and downloading a pack from Archive, you're confirming you understand this and accept that no refund will be issued once your download has started.
The one exception: if you were charged but genuinely never received a working download, contact info@archivesounds.com and we'll sort it.
This section explains what information Archive collects, why, and what you can do about it.
If you make a purchase: your email address, and payment details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves). If you subscribe to our newsletter, or tick "yes" to marketing updates at checkout: your email address, specifically for sending you updates about new packs and promotions. If you don't tick that box, your email still exists in our payment records (for receipts and order history), but it is never added to our marketing list, and we never email you promotionally.
To deliver the product you paid for and handle any support requests, and to send marketing emails — only if you explicitly opted in. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Stripe processes all payments — see stripe.com/privacy. Supabase securely stores our order and marketing-list data. Neither uses your information for anything beyond helping us run Archive.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, remove your email from our marketing list, or delete your data entirely where we're not legally required to keep it. Email info@archivesounds.com to action any of these.
Archive uses minimal local browser storage purely for the site to function correctly — not for tracking or advertising purposes.
